NUts

A nut is a type of fastener with a threaded hole. Nuts are almost always used in conjunction with a mating bolt to fasten multiple parts together.

hexnuts

Hex Nuts

Available in Class 6, Grade 8.8, plain, zinc plated, powder coated, hot dipped galvanised and stainless steel. Hex nuts are standard nuts.

half nuts

Half nuts

Available in Class 6, Grade 8.8, plain, zinc plated, powder coated, hot dipped galvanised and stainless steel. These nuts are half the height of standard nuts.

nyloc

Nyloc nuts

Available in Class 6, Grade 8.8, plain, zinc plated, powder coated, hot dipped galvanised and stainless steel. Nyloc nuts contain a nylon collar insert at the end of the nut.

hexnuts

Wing nuts

Available in Class 6, Grade 8.8, plain, zinc plated, powder coated, hot dipped galvanised and stainless steel. Wing nuts contain two “wings” that enable the nut to be tightened by hand.

shear nut

Shear nuts

Available in Class 6, Grade 8.8, plain, zinc plated, powder coated, hot dipped galvanised and stainless steel. Shear nuts contain a breakaway section that makes the remaining portion hard to remove once installed.

Coupling/ long nuts

Available in Class 6, Grade 8.8, plain, zinc plated, powder coated, hot dipped galvanised and stainless steel. Coupling nuts are used to join two male threads together.
